I prob wouldnt stay there again too expensive in my opinion less than a 3 star hotel 1 roll of tp for entire weekend nobody came in and cleaned while we were there at all
friendly people
Nice bathroom
There were cobwebs in the room. Very rundown room.
Felt tired, not unsafe or dirty. Staff were fine.
Real nice. They can vacuum more often but loved it.
I wanted a room for the night and cheap as possible. This was the cheapest room available. It was late upon arrival. An old man was working. He got me checked in and away to the room I went. There was someone in the room next door. They were blasting music on a phone. It was loud enough to hear in the room. The walls are thin. Thanfully they weren't any louder and I went to sleep. Also, this hotel seems to be old and could be updated. Overall, this hotel got the job done with the least amount of money spent.
My wife and I took our dog on this trip and chose Canada's Best Value Inn in St. Catharines because they were agreeable to have four-legged guests. We had to change rooms because my wife was not satisfied with the room that was originally assigned to us. The second room had been recently renovated and was fine. It was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. The refrigerator was smallish but suited our needs. The television was large and there were plenty of channels available. The bed was Kingsize and comfortable. We skipped breakfast. The offering did not look very appetizing cereal and milk, stale doughnuts and rolls and very little fresh fruit. We took coffee to go, again not the best. The night manager was friendly and did change our room upon request. The facility is old and there is some deterioration. There are several rooms that are used for storage. The upside is the location, close to the highway and not far from Niagara-on-the-Lake. The price was affordable, but maybe NOT Canada's best value. If you're looking for a cheep night's sleep, this might be for you.

Hello Pamela, we do wish that you had informed us if you had needed ANY extra toiletries at all. We would have been happy to oblige you. Pamela, it IS posted that because of the lingering worries regarding COVID 19, we do not enter guest's rooms without them specifically asking us to do so. We are in fact a 2 star motel and that is noted on all websites.
