Our heater started shaking and making a very loud pounding noises at 3am. The hotel staff was nice but they had to turn off all heat and give us extra blankets. Our sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain.
We apologize that we did not meet your needs, we will pass this information on to our proper departments to make sure these issues are addressed and fixed. We hope you will visit again to see the changes we have made.
Friendly staff, clean room, nice amenities, and nice breakfast area.
We appreciate your feedback. We hope you will join us again!
Nice hotel, only 18 minutes away from Niagara Falls.
Thank you for staying with us.
Apparently this hotel gets the majority of its business from travel tours. I am not kidding at least three to four busses a day pull in and out of this facility. They park right in front of the main entrance, this blocks the handicap spot from being parked in or from leaving the spot. We had to wait 20 minutes to get out of our handicap spot because of these busses. I addressed this with staff and got a canned response of " They will be moving in two minutes". She repeated this several times. I asked the tour director if she could back the busses so I could leave, I got talk to the hotel staff. Not a shining moment for this hotel. I took pictures of the busses blocking in cars. I will be contacting Corporate and submitting these photos to them.
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. We do get a lot of buses, but that particular day the buses were not allowed to park on half of our parking lot because of it being repaved. We do apologize again and hope you will consider staying with us in the near future.
The hotel was fine for our purposes. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. The breakfast was incredibly crowded and not well staffed. The room was a bit musty (could tell it had once been a smoking room) and it was outdated. However, everything felt clean overall.
Stayed here over the weekend with the purpose of seeing Niagara Falls. Location is close and short drive to the falls. Room was big and all amenities were supplied as stated. Everything was clean and front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Pool was enjoyable and breakfast was filled with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Vegetarian options were plenty enough to satisfy different wants of all 5 of us. Highly recommend for an decent and standard room.
The hotel was clean and about what you'd expect of a Best Western. Quite affordable and breakfast was good. Mini golf & heated indoor pool are great for kids
Thank you for your feedback. See you again soon.
