pleasant surpise

Due to the Sea Festival we were unaware of, we did not book until the last minute for Nha Trang accommodation. Rates were up at all of the hotels and we were limited with our budget for choices. The Lammy became a pleasant surprise. It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. Breakfast was included and although catered more toward Asian tastes, there were lots of choices and it was plentiful. Rooms were quiet considering we were right on the main street and we had a great view of the beach and sunrise each day.

Rooms with no windows!

Got a room with no windows, which is not what you want on holiday. Spoke to reception (communication VERY difficult) who agreed to move us to a sea facing room in 2 days time, 2 days passed, we packed, got ready to move... but the staff had no recollection or knowledge of any move - so we were stuck in a room like a prison cell for the duration of our holiday. Good location, but this, coupled with the fact breakfast is served in a room stuck in a time of the Cold War, means we wouldn't stay here again and I can't recommend it.

Khách sạn phòng ốc thì ok nhưng DV chán, ăn sáng nghèo nàn ,ít món -> không ngon. Mình ở đó 5đêm có một đêm bị mất điện từ tối, vợ chồng con cái đi chơi tới 10h30 mới về mà vẫn không có điện, hỏi nhân viên KS làm cách nào để lên T10 trong khi tối thui, không có đèn , NV cười trừ không nói được câu xin lỗi hay có cách giải quyết gì ,điên quá mình nói cho một hồi. cậu NV nói e không có quyền quyết định, người QL gọi điện không nghe máy.... KS này không có máy nổ dự phòng nên khách phải leo bộ lên phòng không có điện ,nói mãi mới đưa cho cây nến . May lúc đó có điện lóe lên vừa quẹt đc cái thẻ mở cửa vào phòng thì lại mất, vào phòng mà mồ hôi nhễ nhại ,con nhỏ khóc lóc buồn ngủ... nói chung rất chi bự mình vì cách xử lý tình huống lúng túng, không chuyên nghiệp. Bác nào đi nghỉ NT thì tránh xa KS này nha, kẻo lại giống nhà em nha.
