Great place to stay. It's a shame it will be knocked down to build a skyscraper. The staff where so helpful. The beachfront is very clean and tidy. Lovely food in all the restaurants. We are glad to see this place before it gets knocked down. Carol & Steve .
We had fantastic anniversary dinner with family on the pier. Delicious food, perfect service, very nice decoration with flowers and candles. Thanks all the team for organization such a great evening!!!
The rate might seem expensive however you get value for money! Location - excellent close to popular places; resort - villas on the beach with private access and all round service, every hour free cold face clothes, fresh fruit. Bar and snack service on demand, towel and sun chairs under thatch cover. I could go on and on!; Rooms nice with poster beds and mosquito nets! Two restaurants and two pools with sunbeds! Spa on resort! Best of all is the all round consistent service where every staff member goes out of their way to make ur stay a pleasant and memorable one. If you can please stay add this place to ur bucket list you won't be sorry!
This place is just perfect: amazing private beach (10 sec walk from your room and no need to cross the horrible road) with comfy beds, lovely little private villas with outdoor baths, best hotel-breakfast we ever had and an unbelievable service. Not cheap but worth every dime!
Situated on the beach front so we didn't have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. The beach in front of the hotel was very quiet and well away from the sometimes crowded main beach. It's not cheap but well worth that little bit extra. Great setting with the beach at your doorstep and set in beautiful gardens. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and well presented. It is more suited to couples rather than families as it was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. We had a side by side massage which was excellent. The food was also very good. To be honest, it was hard to fault the resort. We will definitely stay there again when we return. Thanks to ALL the staff for making our break "perfect".
This hotel is the only hotel right on the beach in Nha Trang - all of the other, newer, glass tower hotels are across the street from the beach. This hotel is 20 years old and in some ways it shows its age and in others, it is a benefit. The rooms are very spacious - we had a suite with a glorious front porch right on the beach. We had a couch out there and a table and chairs. On the lawn outside our room were two lounge chairs and fresh towels were laid out there for us every morning when we awoke. We also had a private outside shower that my wife just loved. The rooms are a bit tired however - the tile in bathrooms look 20 years old as do the bathtubs - and they have seen constant use over that time. However - that does not mean the hotel is shabby - far from it. The grounds are amazing - beautiful and they are mature, and that is the benefit of the hotel being 20 years old. In the end - you do not spend much time in the rooms anyway so it should not be that much of an issue for you. They have a lovely infinity pool and a second smaller pool as well. There are 2 restaurants on site - we ate at both and they were excellent. Many of the guests are either upper income Russians or from the UK. The service at the hotel is nothing short of AMAZING. They staff are all so happy and they bend over to serve you. For example - every afternoon a staff member brought out fresh watermelon to everyone sitting on the beach or around the pools. They followed that up a short time later with a cold towel. At the infinity pool, every day, the attendant would come around and clean your glasses and sunglasses - at no charge. I have never seen this before. There are plenty of new properties going up all around Nha Trang and some will be beachfront, so this hotel will have some real competition soon. The General Manager ( a Canadian by the way) told us that they are planning for renovations of the hotel in the future. The other hotels will really have to step it up in the service area however, to match this property. Finally - I read a lot of negative reviews about the traffic noise at this hotel. For us this was not an issue and I am very light sleeper. We did have an ocean front room, so that was away from the road. At the infinity pool, I did not notice the noise at all. Having said that - the resort is close to downtown so there will be traffic noise, but in the public areas and in my room, I barely noticed it. You can't have it both ways. If you want total silence then stay out by the airport, and cab it into the city. You have to be reasonable about these things and for us - noise was never an issue.
This is a resort under the famous Sixsense, and to be honest we expected a little more comparing to the price. The bungalow was nice, bed was cozy but room was quite dated. The friendly staff was truly the highlight. The private beach was beautiful. We got ice cream while wait for check-in, that was very lovely of the hotel. Just don't light the scent they give you in the room, that doesn't smell very good,
Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured we would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar and restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was beyond good and the service in both places attentive and very efficient. Special praise goes to Dat, Houng, Lung, Lai, Sky, and last but not least the lady who went above and beyond the call of duty our great friend Tram. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice to say we were more than pleased with our stay, and we hope to be back for a visit in the very near future.
We spent a week here as a part of our honeymoon. We came from a week at The Anam to this resort. This is a OK resort, but we got to share our room with a bunch of newts, which we did not like so much. The resort personal removed them after a while. The breakfast was ok for one morning, but after a while we got tired of the selection. We were located at the North of the resort, which was furthest away from the nice pool area. A "good" thing about this resort compared to The Anam, was that it was close to the city center of Nha Trang, where we could go out eating in the various restaurants of the city. The resort in total seemed a bit "old" and out of date to our opinion. So it is fair to say we were a little bit disappointed - especially compared to the expectations we had after reading endless positive reviews online.
A beautiful oasis from the noise and chaos of Nha Trang Rooms were a bit dated but the impeccable service more than made up for it The staff were extremely friendly and helpful It was a great experience and I will surely be back .
