With 2 weeks to stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the ocean view from my balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the soups likes “ Pho, Bún bò, Bún riêu, Bún chả etc.. which had a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nha Trang Việt Nam

The location is fantastic—right by the ocean, offering a beautiful view from the room window, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the frequent crowding at the elevators. It seems the same elevators are used by both hotel guests and gym members, which can lead to delays. Perhaps having a separate access point, such as stairs or a dedicated elevator, could help ease the congestion.

Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily.

This hotel is not a 5 star. It maybe a 3 star at best. The 2 elevators that were working did not work together, so you stopped at every floor going up and going down. Took 5 to 10 minutes to get up to your floor or down to the ground level. Rooms are old and carpets were very dirty. Views were beautiful and easy to walk everywhere.
