House was very nice, spacious, clean & kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of space for 5 couples. Location was ideal for skiing at Sunday River and favorite restaurants. Hosts were very responsive.

Great place we were a group of 11 and we had a good time plenty of place for all of us , 6 min from the ski station , the spa was really good aftrr the ski

Family getaway

The view from the house was breathtaking. The sunsets over the mountains were gorgeous. Besides the toenail clipping we found on the carpet in the living room on arrival, everything else was clean.

Wonderful house for a family trip

We absolutely loved this house! It's very clean and has everything needed inside. We loved the proximity to Sunday River and all the fun activities in the game room for the kids! Hot tub was a hit too!!!

Wonderful Sunday River Family Ski House

Despite weather challenges it was a very fun ski week for our crew of 11, including six cousins nine and under! And it was made even better by the house layout and decor, panoramic views from every window and our super responsive host. Easy drive to Sunday River and Bethel, it was a great spot for both our skiers and non-skiers.

Loved everything about this home

The view was amazing. Clean and modern and fully equipped. We loved the big kitchen. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. All the furnishings were lovely. Well designed home , a great entertaining house.

Family Christmas/Ski Gatheriing

This house and location were ideal for our family get together leading up to Christmas. 7 minutes from the front door to the drop off at Sunday River. The space was perfect for the 9 of us to hang out, prep food, eat together, play games and plenty of sleeping space. Highly recommend and hope to return ourselves!

Great place Great view Great service. Great value. We could not use the Hot Tub on Sunday as the previous renter left it dirty but everything was fixed on Monday. Unfortunately the following days snow on the roof started to melt and given that there are no rain gutters, cold water is falling throug the balcony on the spa. We have not used it at all. Something should be done so it can be used at all Time. It would be great also to have window blinds in the basement bedroom. We are looking forward to rent it again and we recommend it. PJ

Great house for groups! Close to Sunday

Our stay was great! The location is awesome for a weekend at Sunday River. Super close to the mountain and other restaurants. All the rooms were big and beds were comfy. The house is literally on a side of a mountain so the views were stunning. Only deducted 1 star because we lost power, but to 0 fault of the owner! It was a very windy weekend. All communication with the owner was seamless and very fast responses. Highly recommend this rental house!
