Cornwall's hidden treasure

We absolutely loved our stay at Wheal Honey. Tikembret is a collection of beautiful holiday cottages and in our (humble) opinion Wheal Honey is the jewel in the crown. A most beautifully converted barn. We turned into the courtyard and was impressed by the imposing Wheal Honey standing tall amongst the other properties. Open the door and we were greeted by a gorgeously decorated interior over two floors which is testament to the craftsmen involved in creating it. From the superb well equipped kitchen and living areas to the stunning views, this is the perfect holiday getaway. The beds were wonderfully comfortable too. We were only a stones throw from Newquay so close enough to be in the thick of the action but far enough to get away from it all. Many thanks to our excellent hosts. Missing it already, can't wait to come back..!
