Our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath lower level home with patio on the beach is perfect for your family with up to 7 guests. Rack up a game of pool on our pool table and then walk right onto the Sand from our Oceanfront home Located in West Newport on 41st St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation.

HOME LOCATION For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place. Located on 40th St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am. - No Patio Access after 10 pm - Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected. - Air-Mattress, High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. - You are provided 1 Parking Spots in the 2-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended. 3rd row vehicles will not fit
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
PETS This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
