We rented the property for six guests for my daughter’s college graduation. Unfortunately, the house only had one towel for all six of us, so only two of us were able to shower (my daughter had her own towel).There must have been something wrong in the basement, because there was what sounded like an industrial-sized fan running the entire time we were there. The basement was locked (understandable), so we had no way of turning it off when it came time to sleep, resulting in six very tired guests the next day.

Overall it’s a nice little place to stay. Had a problem with a pipe bursting in the basement but it was no one’s fault and these things happen…I just wish the communication with the hostess was better. It took hours to get back with me about the flooding in the basement and any phone calls went unanswered. That’s really my only negative thing to say.

We stayed at the home for a Robotics tournament at SVSU this past weekend. It was perfect. It was just as described- very clean and great location. Host was responsive to questions leading up to stay. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this home. I would return to this home if we are staying in the area.

Small cute house on a quiet street and near lots of stores and shopping area. Host is friendly, house is clean and offers lots of amenities and the candles around are a thoughtful touch. We only wish there was one more bathroom to accomodate the family, and the beds are a tad firmer, but other than that it's a nice choice in the neighborhood.

The host was excellent and we had no issues with the key pads on the doors. I would only suggest a handrail for the stairs. Everything else was perfect in every way. The house was very very clean and close to town. I truly hated to leave. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.
