Amazing view! And the stars at night - wow! Easy check in. Great communication. Cozy and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a short stay in the area. Thank you so much!There were three of us - two parents and a young adult, who joined us at the last minute. The second bedroom is small, but it serves its purpose perfectly. We were very comfortable.

Lovely apartment for a couple or two friends. Very clean, attractive and well appointed! The second bedroom with the twin bed is super tiny and probably best for a small child. Location is just lovely and super private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay! The apartment is above a detached garage and it was very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning unit is in the one bedroom, so we had to keep the doors open at night to cool down the whole apartment, but that didn’t bother us. There was a cute little balcony with a table and chairs with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer!

This little guest house was the perfect size and location for our brief trip to Ithaca. Just the right amount of space for the two of us with comfortable, nicely appointed furnishings. The view of the property with the glassy pond and surrounding hills was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and meeting you and your dogs. The place was clean and well maintained. The AC in the bedroom worked great. The WiFi worked well except for some sporadic drops. Overall, we had a good time and would recommend this to friends.
