This 28x28 rustic cabins sits on 88.5 secluded acres which borders 11,237 acres of state owned Connecticut Hill Wildlife Management Area with a NYS DEC protected trout stream behind the cabin. Easy access to the Fingerlakes Trail and within minutes of several State Parks. This property is located on a seasonal use road that leads to the 11,237 acre wildlife management area. Plenty of privacy but only 15 minutes from Ithaca and 20 minutes to Watkins Glen. If you love nature this place is a must.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The cabin also includes a washing machine.
