This property is well in need of some updates. The room are small, tired and were not very well cleaned. Staff were great and bar is good with food. Best thing walkable to the racecourse. Expensive for what you get

Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are comfy. Good value and location is great. All staff are lovely. Cleanliness needs to be improved - we found a previous guests hair trimmings on the desk area and carpets need a good clean.
