Staff consistent,y friendly and helpful on all fronts. Large clean rooms. Convienent location to walk to riverfront entertainment district. Close to Northumbria University and variety of student housing. Good place for parents to stay to help students get settled. Free laundry facilities in building. On site car parking. Will definitely use again for future visits.
