Staff short on numbers but friendly and willing to help. The breakfast ok for quality of ingredients but spoiled by lukewarm food at 9a.m.

Very satisfied with my 8-day stay. Staff were always courteous, helpful, and responsive. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast. I was impressed that the staff took the initiative to keep the lobby and breakfast areas always tidy. I am a regular user of Holiday Inn Express motels in the US and was pleased to find this one providing the services expected from the brand in my old home town.
