Reception were spot on, courteous and helpful Room had air con on and we couldn't change it, asked reception and they resolved quickly. Facilities were excellent, clean and well presented. First time here, likely to go again. Only 2 negative points are signage, went to the pool, on the way changed in the first changing room, then go downstairs to the pool area to find another wet changing room, could have saved a wet me traipsing across the carpet, and the lift, there's a ground floor, lift has upper ground floor and a lower ground floor?? Maybe that's how it identifies! Would recommend, lovely place, we eat out so don't know what the restaurant food is like, but breakfast was wholesome and plentiful, lovely view onto a snow covered golf course. 10/10

For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast. Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again.
