Adorable 1900's post office turned cottage located at the water's edge where the Sheepscot and the Dyer rivers meet. Enjoy the large screened in porch for comfortable outdoor living. The home features a large bedroom downstairs and an upstairs loft bedroom.

Kayaking, canoeing and swimming with close proximity to the reversing falls. Kayaks can be ordered and delivered by a local provider. Located just 6 miles from the waterfront community of Damariscotta and 3 miles to Wiscasset "the most beautiful town in Maine".

Comfortable river farmhouse.

Home was attractively decorated and pleasant. . Bedding and furniture were comfortable. Location was ok, very close to the road and river grasses. It was a convenient midcoast location on a very pretty road. The rent was appropriate for the property.
