The amenities in the hotel and the room were nice except the carpet in our room was covered in long white dog hair. Also, a water pipe in the hotel broke in the night so we woke up to no running water in the sinks, couldn’t flush the toilet and couldn’t take a shower. We understood this was beyond anyone’s control, but the hotel staff chose not to notify us of the situation aside from a sign at the front desk saying sorry for the inconvenience and giving out two 20oz bottles of water when we came to ask why there was no water in the room. Very poor handling of the situation.

Very friendly staff. The room was large and clean, we didn't love the leather couch, chilly to sit on, but comfortable enough. The hotel is right next to the highway, I would have asked for a rear room had I know. Breakfast had a large selection, the pool area was clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

This property was just beautiful and perfect for a family. It was like home away from home.There was a full fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, glassware, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Dish soap, sponge, dish towel and cloth. I wish I would have discovered this amazing place before booking anywhere else. They also had breakfast and parking. The interior design was magnificent. I wish my whole time spent in the area would have been here.

Great stay!

We had a great two-night stay. Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast every morning was great! My kids especially loved the fresh waffles! We will definitely be staying there again when we are back in the area.
