We speak fluent English, Greek, Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
We do not allow pets in the house and apartment . No exceptions.
All bedrooms five bedrooms have air conditioning. The other areas of the apartment have ceiling fans or box/window fans. We do not have central air.
Common outdoor areas may be shared with random cats seeking attention. Caution is advised.
There are cats, Deer, rabbits and other wildlife. Although they may appear friendly please understand that animals have inherently unpredictable behavior and to be cautious when present.
