The ceiling needs cleaning, dust bunnies are hanging from the stucco. I couldn't get get connected to the tv or the internet, tried calling the front desk but nobody answered the phone. This morning stopped in for breakfast. The had oatmeal pouches but no bowl. They had bagel but no plates or knife. Went to front desk, i got told that there was nothing he could do. Very disappointed

First room the tv didn't work. Second room the heater made such a loud noise was hard to keep on. Toilet seat was broken. There was NO breakfast and coofee was there but absolutely no cream or sugar. The security deposit was taken and I expected to get it back upon leaving. Waiting up to 7 days is unacceptable.
