The Grant - an elegant one bedroom in a historic Newburgh building steps from the Hudson. Tastefully presented by Hendley & Co - a local design boutique - this sun-drenched unit features 11 foot ceilings, oversized windows, and murals by artist Megan Galante. High end furnishings throughout provide a relaxing stay or a peaceful work-from-home environment. Ferry to Beacon within walking distance. Amenities include a large backyard/porch, Fios 300Mbps WiFi, LG washer/dryer, dishwasher & more. Pet friendly, pet fee. A few things to note: entry requires operating an electronic lock on the exterior door, as well as another electronic lock on the interior apartment door. We will provide full instructions for operating these devices ahead of check-in. Also, please note, there is an exterior flight of steps required to access the main entrance to the building. Some of our elderly guests have noted the steps are on the steeper side, but they do have handrails on both sides.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
