Our family of 4 plus our college student who visited on and off throughout the week stayed here over Thanksgiving this year. The property is completely updated and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to make and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal here! The grill was charcoal but Kevin let us know that before we arrived which was nice. Laundry onsite was also nice. The location was on a quiet street near the expressway and close to everything. We will definitely reserve this property again when we come back to Evansville. The beds are memory foam which are not exactly our favorite but not terrible. Just FYI.
