Staff was ideal! Room had a noisy heater and a warm refrigerator. My wife barely got any sleep at all. The tv was mounted way on the other side of the room at an angle that was difficult to see. The rotation of the swivel pivot was minimal at best. Hotels.com referred to a separate suite and two king sized sofa beds. A great exaggeration as there was no extra room and one king sized sofa. The breakfast was okay and the hotel itself was clean. Will not rely on Hotels.com in the future.

Room was fairly clean, conditioner was empty (didnt know until mid shower) you could really hear the people upstairs. It was about 1145pm until the kids up there finally stopped running around. The pool is very small, 3 or more kids in there, and you dont have room to move. All the staff we came in contact with were very nice.
