Great location. Comfortable bed. Clean premises/room/bathroom. Rug and room decor outdated and needed replacement/renovation. Could hear entire conversation of a couple in a completely different room at 8 AM coming through the shower pipes/vent. Would stay again. Priced right.

Manager was great. Very accommodating as I had a really late flight and didn’t check in until the following morning. Rest of the reception staff were unaware of the check in policy and gave me two different stories. Not great as I was in full panic mode mid air because i thought I wouldn’t have anywhere to go when I landed (even though I was given the all clear before I left home). Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay and I would book again.

My stay at the Robert Treat Hotel was okay. The room was clean. Staff were kind and courteous. The hallway smelled like marijuana and the guests that stayed next to my room were loud and obnoxious. But other than that my brief stay was okay.

Stayed two nights for a concert at the Prudential Center. The room was okay. Clean. Absolutely no frills. Only had a half roll of toilet paper, luckily I caught that early. Paper thin walls. Clientele was rough. Hallway was a weed smoke box. Multiple neighbors were screaming at each other at all hours of the night. Tiny pillows, half the size of real pillows. air conditioning controls didn’t work. Fan wouldnt turn on. Probably won’t be back.

The reason I’m giving this low grade is because our room didn’t have a comforter and it’s in the middle of the winter and also we didn’t have any cups in the room to drink out and they also was only one trashcan in the bathroom
