Great for a short stay for an early am flight. No charge for parking at the hotel which is a benefit.

had to change room due to shower not working and batht tub clogged. house keeping crew are friendly but not much i can say with front desk staff.

Our first night there our rooms air conditioner controls did not work. Also, one of the outlets did not work and when we tried to plug in the cord it arced and shocked. They attempted to repair it but were unable to do so and we had to move rooms. We were told that we would be credited for the inconvenience however, and that helped with the inconvenience. Most of the staff was very nice and tried to help with our questions. The last night we were there apparently there was a skunk in the vicinity and the smell was horrific, I do not believe that there was anything they could do about it but it was close to unbearable. The location made getting around difficult and expensive.

Acceptable. Comfortable bed. Room had harsh smell. Condition of room and cleanliness were average or bit below.

We SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because it stated it would sleep 5. It does NOT! And of course the hotel blames orbitz and orbitz blames the hotel. We are ended up checking out early.

This hotel is a good Hampton Inn hotel. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. We had a problem where the people in room next to ours were blasting Jamaican music with deep pounding bass. We hadn't had any sleep after traveling from California and it was a Friday night. These people were very inconsiderate of people in neighboring rooms. We complained to the staff and had to change rooms before these people were ultimately kicked out. The key point is that the people at this location try to uphold high standard of Hampton Inns. Unfortunately, in Elizabeth, they don't always get the caliber of guest who respect that standard. I applaud them for their responsiveness, and would stay here again.

AC wouldn't shut off Switches seem to be broken We unplugged it 1/2 way they the nite

The zero threshold shower did not drain properly; the water flooded the bathroom, even though I used towels to make a "dam" to try and hold it back. The telephone did not work. Other than that, room was fine. There was a large noisy group of High School or College age people that were very loud in the hallway at midnight the last two nights I was there.

There's a shuttle bus to terminal P4 from were you can go to New York or to the airport (air train). Good choice if you're passing through Newark.

Everything was great except for the noise of the heater. It is simply too loud. If something can be done about that, this hotel is great

Stayed one night for interview at the airport. Shuttle was prompt, breakfast was your typical fare, room was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the girl working the front desk (very friendly and helpful) had a male visitor of some sort standing to the side of her on the outside of the counter. It made me a little nervous while she was handling my credit card he had his phone in his hand and could have easily been taking a photo/video of my card.

I checked in extremely late because of a late flight. The shuttle was very timely, the room very clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Requested for non- smoking room but got smoking room. Not bad though

Great place to stay for the price by the airport. The breakfast was ok also.

Just needed a place to sleep for less than 8 hrs and this place was just ok. I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night. Not a very clean place, the telephone was broken.

The hotel provides the free shuttle bus at P4.The room is quiet and confortable. The free breakfast is good.

My dad is on a wheelchair and the front desk managed to find him a wheelchair accessible van. Although we couldn't find one, the shuttle driver is so kind and warm to try to get my dad on the shuttle without hurting him. After we checked in, the hotel stuff also helped us get him onto the bed. The room is clean and the service is awesome.

very short stay between flights but a nice hotel. Did not use facilities, but Breakfast was good.

Everything is good. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice. Especially the driver of the shuttle made us feel pleasant. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend in the future.

I've stayed in every hotel near Newark Airport, this has become my regular stop. Price, quality, good breakfasts, no hassles.
