Quick n efficient check in despite being busy. Had complementary coffee.

It's a clean and nice hotel and it's very close to the airport.

Booked through Orbitz which I will never do again. Arrived at the hotel to check in and the lady said the reservation was canceled by Orbitz I called Orbitz they say the hotel canceled the reservation so it was a blame game. The lady didn’t accommodate us instead said they were booked feel like she was being racist. Called Orbitz they didn’t accommodate either had me on hold for about an hour with no place to stay for the night and the finally found something 42 miles from the airport when I had an early morning flight and it was already after 11pm. Do not recommend the hotel because the lady could have routed us to their sister hotels to get a room. Will not use Orbitz because they didn’t help the situation and I was never notified that my room reservation was cancelled.

Late check out was very wonderful! Breakfast every morning and the cookies were nice at check in.

Staff were a bit too slow and inefficient, and cannot do multi-tasking. Check-in and queries were very time consuming, resulting in long lines. Wifi did NOT work at all. Hotel staff were not able to resolve it. Free shuttle service is good, but it would have been better if they could extend it till Newark Liberty OR Penn train station, rather than having to take the Air Train.

Every single staff member was so helpful and just plain nice. Kuddos to the person who hired these lovely people. Will stay there every time.

Cleaning staff were yelling down tje halls to each other first thing in the morning and woke me up. The breakfast was awful except the waffles. When eggs ran out asked if there was more and was told to hold my horses. Oatmeal was so thick you could not swallow it.

Hotel under repair. Shuttle as delays a bit. Otherwise adequate for 1 night
