The pictures is false advertising. First there really is no entrance to the hotel. Unless you consider going to the 2nd floor of the garage and walking through a single door that you have to open yourself while trying to carry your things. There is supposed to be an entrance along the one street, but it is far from welcoming, and was locked when we went to it. There was supposed to be a guard there to open the door, but they were gone and had left a sign that said back in 15 minutes. We loaded our car back up and then drove around trying to find what we thought would be a real entrance. We called the hotel and got a rude front desk person who wanted to argue that the door that was locked was open. She was wrong of course but was rude instead of apologetic. The hotel is in a bad area and we were warned not to walk the 1 block to our destination. There are plenty of hotels in the area, don't choose this one.
