No Wi-Fi at all Have asked several times but no one comes to help you

It’s getting worst. It’s my 3rd time staying in this hotel and I must it’s my worst experience. I reserve business suite but it look like a storage. Dirty and we got itchy. It’s so uncomfortable the sofa is very dirty. It’s like an abandoned room.

Good! simple checking in & out, bright room, amenities including conditioner... It'll be better if there was a hair dryer in the room.

The first morning we got there the breakfast room was a mess our room was covered in dust and we got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins. (Very scary) when we finally got out there wasn’t an I’m sorry or are you ok....nothing we got well sometimes it happens. The breakfast they serve cereal toast bagels and waffles but they are out of milk so you can’t eat cereal they were out of juice and the waffle maker never gets cleaned so it was always stuck on the maker. On top of that our toilet wasn’t flushing properly and it took about 20 mins for the water to heat up in the shower. The only good thing was one of the ladies working front desk was nice. I would not recommend this place a cheap motel would be better than this place! Save yourself some money and don’t stay here.

We liked that we had hot showers and a comfortable bed. That’s where it ends. According to the front desk, none of the safes in the rooms worked. We couldn’t control the temperature in our room bc it was locked. The only vending machine in the lobby was broken. There was no ledge or shelf in the shower so couldn’t put down the soap unless we wanted to put it on the floor.

No rugs! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Not happy about no parking! Coffee terrible.

Absolutely disgusting place. It’s a US open week so there was nothing else available in the area and I had no choice but stay here. The place is FILTHY. When I say it’s filthy it’s beyond anything you would expect at a hotel. Everything is old and beat up. Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. Moldings full of dust, dirty curtains and windows. Issues with elevator. Pillows filthy, I had to put T-shirt’s and towels over the pillows cases. Further, this hotel houses homeless!!! Total disgrace for orbitz to allow for this property to be advertised on their website. The pictures late deceiving. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good for this hotel was the price. Lowest I can find in the Queens area

Lame hotel. No parking even though it states there is. Bed was u comfortable. Lobby was dirty. Guy at the front desk at night was so slow

Terribly wrong. The checking in officer mistakenly checked in with different booking and after one night room was guest was evicted and original booking marked as no show. We had to buy another night for stay in the hotel. We want our refund for not staying two nights.

Clean, modern hotel with nice amenities. The only issue is that the property shares space with an apartment building which causes ridiculously long elevator delays. At one point, we waited over ten minutes for the only elevator that services the hotel side of the building.

The hotel room smelled like smoke. My pregnant wife had a hard time sleeping and toddler was restless all night due to the smoke and all the loud noises from other guests

Failed to cancel within 2 hrs of booking, when travel plans changed

Will NEVER stay at this establishment again. Booked my room and when i got there my room was dirty. The bed had stains and someone's hair on it, the bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet kept flushing on it's on, the pillows had drool stains on them. Just a complete mess. When asked to be refunded because i was uncomfortable staying there, the receptionist told me that there was nothing she could do, and that i would have to wait until 9:30p when the manager got there. RIDICULOUS!

Different... Very affordable for NY... If you need to do a quick get away without breaking your bank this the best place to go.
