The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the bathroom and they came and fixed it immediately. Our only problem was they did not clean the room or refill the coffee on our second night stay.

Everything is perfect for 18th anniversary. Hotel is nice and crew is so kind.

This is a nice hotel close to Port Authority and Time Square. The alley is a bit dark and scary to walk back to the hotel at night so be careful. They have a free breakfast which is good to have before starting your day and Social hours from 5pm -7 pm that we all love ( wine, beer, fritos, hotdogs, fruits, soft drinks etc ). The room needs more lighting especially the bathroom but having a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and kitchen utensils is a plus. There is a drug store with grocery down the road which made it convenient, bought bottled water and some snacks . We reserved 2 joining rooms and called several times to at least put us on one floor, but instead we are on the 15th and kids on the 13th which is a hustle due the fact that the elevator is slow especially on pick hours. There are restaurants nearby and the area is a walking distance to broadway theaters. We have an oversized truck and SUV that we have to valet park 3 blocks away from the hotel for $45. Parking in NYC is a challenge but the bell man helped us park infront of the hotel so we can load and unload our belongings. Overall staffs are very helpful. We would stay in this hotel if ever we are back in New York.

Staff friendly as can be. Walking distance from everything. Parking not available on site and depending on the size of your car you may end up paying $35-$45 per night at a lot about 4 lots away. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed this place.

The elevator system was inadequate with up to 10 minute waits. The cable was out or on the blink the entire time of my four night stay. The breakfast was cold instead of hot/warm. The amenities in the room dwindled way day--did not replace soaps, lotions, tea, etc. When you were out, you were out. Also, my room was not cleaned until about 4:30 each day--just as I was getting back from morning meetings. Not a good stay at all. Poorly, poorly managed as if the guests would not know better since it was an obviously "tour package" hotel.

Nothing fancy, but affordable with some highlights. Proximity to Times Square a major plus. Most major subway stations relatively close as well — Penn among them. Included breakfast options & ambience a potential plus. Housekeeping forgot our shower curtain one day and left us with only one towel the next, but otherwise things were okay.

very nice in every respect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wine and hors d'oeurves from 5-7 were a nice touch and the morning breakfast was very good. Would definitely come bqck.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to Times Square. The shower was really small and the water drained from the sink slow. But overall, pleased with room.

This is a great place to stay in NYC. Close enough to easily walk to Times Square. So nice having the free breakfast in the morning and microwave/refrigerator in the room. Plenty of room for two people in a standard room. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed here with my 19 year old daughter.

The staff was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was many steps above the usual fare. The only problem was that the sound insulation was not the best - some elevator noise, quite a bit hall noise and noise from neighbors (especially the bathrooms). Other than that, we enjoyed our suite and our stay.

Good place good service clean Very good and good assistance

The staff were wonderful. The location was great and the accommodations were great. Breakfast was wonderful.

Very nice, right off of 9th ( hell's kitchen) lots of great food and not far from the theaters, walking distance.

Hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The daily breakfast and happy hour is a great facility. The staff is great, welcoming and helpful. Everything about our stay was good, except the wait times for the elevators. Wait is upto 10 minutes and can be quite irritating.

This hotel is in a great location. The middle of Time Square. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was very clean and nice. The only thing I could say that would be slightly negative is that the pillows are a little harder than my liking. We will stay here the next time we are in NY. We will just bring our pillows with us. Speaking of, the parking is not at the hotel. So make sure when you park at the garage that you bring everything you need with you to the hotel.

Everything good. When we arrived we were just in time for The Social' which meant we had free wine and beer and munchies (which were quite substantial!). Very welcome after a long bus trip. Frankly this place is awesome!

Great location to all the New York subways and Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and Macy's.

Really nicely appointed room especially for an extended stay with large fridge and kitchen setup. My only problem was the tiny corner shower. Sadly I get the need for space but the shower was uncomfortable and I am not a big person. A larger adult would have a very difficult time.

Stayed here before. With new hotels built and opened around Staybridge, it is still a good choice for the value. Very convinient location, clean room and helpful staff. Will choose it next time with a few days stay.
