So the price was one of the cheapest considering it wasn't a Motel, but it might as well should be. It was a clean room but felt dirty none the less. Would not return!

When I chose this hotel, it was the reviews that convinced me. I had been to NYC before but did not spend a lot of time in Brooklyn, so I didn't know what to expect. I was a little apprehensive, but I am SO glad I chose this hotel. It was exactly what I needed. It is in a part of Brooklyn that is easy enough to get to Manhattan (#37 bus is right around the corner) in a moments notice. But the neighborhood is also nice & quiet with access to everything from grocery stores to restaurants. My room was a bit small. That didn't bother me. On the east coast everything seems to be tightly packed together. However, if you're bringing your family just keep this in mind. I was also impressed by how clean my room was as well as how professional the staff was. I had a GREAT stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Room have the usual hotel accommodations. Rooms are small, with the king size bed there is not too much room move around in. Narrow space between credenza and the bed. Barely 16 inches between the bad and the credenza. Makes for a tight fit.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanness of the facilities made a difference. The rooms were small but comfortable.

The hotel is in an odd part of Brooklyn but not bad. I was close to the subway and the interstate. The staff was good but hard to understand at times. The room was cozy and not much of a view but a very clean room and easy to get comfortable. The hotel has 8 free parking spaces, getting one is hit and miss. I would stay there again if I needed

It was great. Fantastic trip. The room was small but clean. Free breakfast was delicious.

met expectations, room is a bit small but wasn't a major deterrent. liked the 12 pm check out time.

Good for what we were there for and how long we stayed.

My stay was good but the room was small for a king-bed. The location very accessible with even public transportation

We chose this hotel because reviews said it was a decent value for cost, we were visiting Times Square for NYE, and didn't want to spend a ton of money for a room we only needed to sleep and shower... Pros... only 3 block walk to subway, located in a safe, quiet Brooklyn neighborhood, free continental breakfast was nice, saved us quite a bit of money, the staff was all very nice as well and the beds were comfortable. Cons... the room was teeny, the two "double beds" were fulls not queens, my husband and I each slept in one because they were so small. They seemed clean, but little things like lamps were dusty which made me wonder what else was missed that I hadn't noticed. Only other weird thing is that the floor we stayed on smelled like Marijuana so bad we felt like we were getting contact highs, the whole week we were there!

My stay was awesome, no complaints. Clean room, comfortable stay, friendly staff and great price!

Friendly staff, clean & comfy rooms - a little on the small side depending on your preference; but it's NY so I expected it. Free hot breakfast, which was a great time and money saver in the morning. 3 TIPS: 1. The area looks industrial around the hotel, which is a bit unappealing as you arrive; however, the block seemed safe with families, kids, etc. 2. When you leave the hotel, go RIGHT for food and bars/ clubs, not left as this is just a industrial factory area. RIGHT and up 2 blocks has a whole strip of trendy bars, clubs and good food. 3. If you are looking to avoid the pre-made eggs beaters, look in the little fridge for hard boiled eggs. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Fair and reasonable. Room small for a king size bed. Not an over the top accommodation.

A nice hotel. Rooms are tight. Parking is tight. But what would you expect. Friendly staff and breakfast to boot.

I really had no problems during my stay. A/C worked good, and the room was quiet, especially considering it's right near a highway. The area seemed like it could have been a bit better, but it didn't seem unsafe. The beds were nice and comfortable, too.

It's very near Prospect Slope but on a funky, semi-industrial street. Even though it was near an elevated highway, we didn't hear it. It was clean and very well priced.

This is a great budget option in my opinion. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff is courteous, however this is not a luxury experience. Small rooms. Close to the train and some cute restaurants etc nearby. Great option if you want to stay in Brooklyn.

It is nothing special, but is relatively cheap and rooms are ok if you don't need anything fancy. On express train 1 block from hotel is only 6 stops to union square in manhattan, so it s hugely convenient.

Great hotel. Nice staff, nice room, OK parking, OK breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Only thing that could be better id the internet. Makes dialup look like speed of light. Me and the front desk were firing comments back and forth - quite entertaining. Had to resort to create a hotspot using my phone. Very enjoyable stay - great bed!

Staff pleasant, breakfast adequate. Room size small, but for the area, a bargain in price. Parking is available and street parking is close by.
