The location of Radio City Apartments was perfect! We walked everywhere! To Broadway shows, restaurants, Central Park, Rockefeller plaza and more. They were great to let us check in early since our room was ready and then we checked our bags the day we checked out so we could continue to enjoy NYC without lugging around bags. It rained one day we were there. We had brought rain jackets but it made our day SO much nicer that there was a basket of umbrellas set by the door for us to take and use. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful and willing to answer questions. The room was nice, the bed was very comfy, wish we’d had more time to use the kitchenette but we did appreciate the coffee machine.

The staff was awesome, we had an early check in, although we’re told there was a plumbing maintenance going on and we should not use the water, toilets and shower should not be used until after 04:00 pm. The building is really old and our room (advertised as apartment) was so small, there was no closet and the heating system is so outdated that we had no way to control the temperature in the room, at some point it was so hot we had to open the window. The hotel’s location is perfect for guests looking to be close to Times Square, but we would not stay there again.

We ended up having a staycation due to the blizzard. RCA was great, prime location to all broadway has to offer, museums and shops. Full kitchen was great with a whole foods a few blocks away. Rooms were clean, staff always greeted with a hello. Heat was a bit much, as we needed to open windows, but better than being cold.

Radio City Apartments is a gem! While it is an older building, it has been updated and is extremely clean while retaining its charm. My son and I stayed in a studio double bed room with kitchenette. It was the perfect size for just the two of us. The location, price, and quality are all reasons I have recommended RCA to friends and family.

Amazing location right by Times Square and very tasty pizza slices right next door! Apartments were clean and equipped with everything we needed, so much better than being stuck in a small room. We were a group of 4 (mothers and daughters age 17/18) one bedroom apartment was ample. We checked out but flight was cancelled due to blizzard so we returned for an extra 2 nights. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They even kindly upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment during the blizzard which was of the same clean standard with upgraded deco. Highly recommend Radio City Apartments. We will be back!
