The room was very comfortable, safe and secure.. Staff was so helpful and always willing to assist..from the time we arrived to the time we left.. John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and within minutes they sent a portable one with a technician while they tried fixing the problem with the main heater in the room (wasn't getting enough hot air) It was so convenient to move around because the subway was literally 2 mins away..lots of fast food places nearby with great choices to choose from.. A reliable laundry place less than 5 mins away.. Definitely will be coming back!!!

I hadn't stayed there in over a year. All the staff remembered me. Chuck greeted me at the door upon my arrival and arranged for my transportation when I left. Barbara was efficient at the front desk. My room was spacious and immaculate. It always feels like coming home!
