The room is clean, the sofa bed made us comofrtable with 2 kids. Room service are the best though it's a high time due to Christmas season. Receptionist were helpful. And the staff in restaurants are the best. The property is near to attractions, we just walked around to go to places. We enjoyed our stay.

I was told I couldn’t get a refund for a cancelled trip then told I couldn’t give my reservation to another family member so basically I was charged and not given any way to use the product and services that I had purchased. That’s a great way to lose a customer for life.

We were placed into a room that had a single double bed NOT what we had paid for. Our room was to have a corner view of midtown with two double beds. I slept part of my first night on the floor. I waited over 4 hours go back and forth from the front desk to change to the room I had originally booked and then waited another 45 minutes for a room key once the second room was ready. They were to sent someone up with the new room key but that did not happen. I went back to the front desk after waiting in line for the key. Hilton is better than this and from standing in lines the time I was here m, the above appears to be a recurring theme.
