Our room was cool when we needed it most. Warm on the sudden cold spell. We were able to upgrade and check-in sooner. Also added the late checkout. We really appreciated how close we were to Grand Central Station. Definitely used the trains as much as possible.

Great location and views! Terrible water pressure in the shower and they add a $45 fee every night.. for what, who knows? The hotel should use the money to address the water pressure issue. And the in house convenience store is crazy expensive! A bag of chips is $5.75!

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the bathtub contained visible hair, which raised concerns about the room’s sanitation. I reported this to the front desk and requested housekeeping assistance; however, no one came to address the issue, and I ultimately had to clean it myself. In addition, the shower head was leaking, causing water to spill outside of the shower area and create a mess in the bathroom. Despite informing staff, this problem was never resolved during my stay. The condition of the bedding was also concerning. The pillowcases appeared to have stains that looked like makeup, suggesting that proper cleaning standards may not have been followed prior to my check-in. I also found the breakfast offerings to be overpriced relative to the quality and selection available. The most serious issue occurred on the day of my departure. My checkout time was scheduled for 11:00 AM; however, at approximately 10:00 AM, while I was out briefly finishing my last activities in the city, housekeeping entered my room without authorization. They removed and discarded my personal belongings, including my Nike sandals, printed photographs, and food. Upon returning, I had to retrieve my items from the trash. This situation was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable, as it involved a clear lack of respect for guest property and privacy. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walk

I love staying in this location, as it is located central to many things. I love the fact that Grand Central station is attached, so getting around is very easy. Some parts of the hotel are just a bit outdated, and the restaurant and the market are terribly overpriced, in my opinion.
