The hotel on rivington was everything you could expect and more. Beautiful room, exquisite bathroom and the view is worth much more than the room cost. Very itinerary friendly. At check in a credit was given toward breakfast or the bar. I ordered a celebration bottle of wine from the bar and at check out was told it was not part of the bar credit and was being charged. I hadn’t opened the wine so I had to surrender it to avoid a room charge and thus lost use of my credit. This was embarrassing for my me and my guest. Very confusing and unprofessional
