All the staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and very accommodating. Close to subways and easy to get a Lyft or Uber anywhere. The attached Brewhouse restaurant was excellent to eat at for all meals and their staff was exceptional.

The hotel was nice. Room a little small but clean and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The hotel was covenient to the subway and shopping. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was just ok. Was not comfortable due to the size. There were stains on the sheets and blanket.

They had a hard time trying to find us on their system.

Love the location surrounded by restaraunts shopping and subways

Very well-located hotel in downtown Brooklyn near shops, restaurants, and the subway. A bit noisy early in the morning due to nearby construction. Some hotel staff behave in an aloof manner. Other hotel staff were more welcoming.

My first impression of this hotel was great! I liked the price , the location and the fact that it wasn’t a big chain hotel! Upon checking in everything was great! I had read reviews about how small the rooms were but I was pleasantly surprised at the good size of our room. We had 3 adults with 2 gueen beds and we had plenty of room. The bathroom was spacious and we had 2 closets. Where they fell short was the housekeeping service!! On the second day we returned after a long hot day to find out beds made but that was all! No clean towels ( no dirty ones taken ) the garbage wasn’t emptied and the coffe mugs and coffee pods were not replaced. I went to front desk and they did bring me coffee cups and towels. Unfortunately these kind of things kept happening during the next 4 days. I complained again and the tried to address my issues. But the tile floor of my room and bathroom never got swept the whole week and the garbage was never emptied . Reguardless, I didn’t let this ruin my trip and the fact that the location was awesome for our agenda!

Not a great location. No breakfast Front desk staff very unhelpful Beds were comfortable and it was clean

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Location was great, near shopping and food. Only negative I have is that there was no seal under the shower door so water would leak all over floor but housekeeping was prompt with extra towels when I requested. Valet brought my car quickly when I requested via text. Would absolutely stay again.

Is there a law about how much space there should be between the bed and the wall. If you do not have a corner room at this hotel you will find that the bed frame corner (wooden) is about 11 inches from the wall, yes I measured it and 1/2 that space is filled with drapes! Difficult to navigate during the day and bruises to the leg if trying to get around at night. We had stayed at this hotel before and found our room comfortable, not knowing that was because it was a corner room!

We had a truly miserable stay. Full sized bed was not as advertised (as a queen), and was not adequate for us at all. Less than a foot of space from the wall on either side of the bed. Nowhere to place clothing or suitcases - unreasonably tight, and certainly not as pictured in photographs.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Was in town for the tournament. Everyone was nice and friendly. Very helpful in directions with sight seeing great location to the barclay center.

Helpful and friendly staff. Close to restaurants, shopping, courthouse, etc. I will stay again and even though my room was small it was fine for one person.

Temp outside were sub-zero, I was late for a meeting, not in the greatest mood... I got to my room and saw "hairs" on the toilet and that the underside of the seat hadn't been cleaned... Spoke to the clerk on the way out, expecting the usual sour attitude from most hotels when you tell them your room isn't clean... But not at all... She was hugely apologetic and had the head of housekeeping get to it right away, and also gave me points on my IHG account (although, a dinner comp. + points would have been a much better way to make a guest feel "good" about unsanitary conditions in a room)... Other clerks were similarly friendly, accommodating on requests, as well as just being interesting folks to chat up. In terms of the actual hotel... My room was spacious for NY standards, likely because we had two beds... The "fitness center" is just two treadmills, two ellipticals, small weights (less than 10lb)... It wasn't anything other than what I expected, with the exception that on the 2nd floor there is a "lounge" area with an afternoon bar that's great for meetings.. The negative: the adjacent hotel bar/restaurant, Brooklyn Brewhouse, isn't very good and not a pleasant place to end the night (food is meh). Plus of the neighborhood: centrally-located to all trains, and has Dekalb Market Hall just across the street (spectacular food court)... The downside: Dekalb Market Hall closes at 10, and very little late-night food nearby except Bijan's or Dally BBQ, or McDonalds.

The staff was very nasty and the hotel was therdy

This place was great for a quick trip to the city. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this is it. Clean, affordable and friendly staff. The rooms are tiny. I mean - tiny. But we made it work. We would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. I stay here because it is close to all the shopping from luxury to frugal. The ambience is the best. There are a variety of places to eat as well.

The Staff was very kind and helpful., I love how the hotel had that modern feel to it, and very convenient to have a bar attached to the hotel, But the rooms are just to small, in the pictures it looked a lot bigger. Could barely move.

Good stay spacious 2 queen bed room, great staff, stayed here twice before.
