The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms a tiny but clean.

i didn't see anything unique about the place it very small,I didn't have no heat for my entire stay.i did get a space heater the day before i departed

This hotel was ok... too much noise from two sets of HVAC fans switching in and off

The staff at the front desk was very helpful to me.

Totally fine. Nice staff. Right next to Fulton mall, for better or for worse. If Nu Hotel is same price, that's probably a better bet.

Could not understand the check in woman.ààaaaaaaahhhhhhh

The hotel was in disrepair beginning with the facade and continued to the room

Noise is too hard and there is Construcion in front of my bedroom

Stayed there for 2 nights . Booked King prior to arrival , got Queen at check-in . Paid for King , no price adjustment had to have an an comfortable queen with balcony , that had broken furniture , trash and broken floor . Curtains where once white , now grey , ripped in terrible condition . Broken lamps , stained walls . 2nd night finally got the room we booked , with a king size bed. Whole different story . My take on this hotel : all rooms are different, some are less damaged , some more ... one night we were grossed out, next we had a pretty comfortable stay . Just depends on your luck !

The location was perfect for us. Our daughter lives across the street. The room was a little smaller than we thought. Over all we enjoyed are stay

Great location, small hotel with a patio and good customer service. Too much outside noises even with the patio doors completely shut. Patio in terrible condition and unusable. I found the toilet commode and seat too small though functional.

The air conditioning in the room was broken. We had paid in full 5 days before our arrival. There was a no cancellation policy. Upon arrival we were informed that all rooms with air conditioning were taken and that the hotel’s policy was first come, first serve basis. Our pre-payment represents promised income for the hotel. That said, they should have reserved an air conditioned room for us. As a result, they offered a free breakfast voucher that only covered half of the meal. While we were lucky that the weather was cool, this still is an untenable situation for the customer. They also offered to reverse the no cancellation fee, but at 9:00 pm on a Friday night in Brooklyn during the summer, where would one find a hotel at a comparable price. Poor customer service.

Great location. Friendly staff. TV remote worked only when two feet from screen. Amenities included a coffee maker with one pack containing powdered creamer and sugar. Torn wallpaper in room, and a shower spout positioned pointing out toward the bathroom flooding the floor. Smokers in the next room, although billed as nonsmoking hotel. Not our best experience

All front desk members were excellent. The room was clean and has very chic European modern design.

Roof leaking in the middle of the night Had to change rooms No one to help Just one person at front desk Just wait and wait
