I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the check-in process, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to people if they were here for business or pleasure. I enjoyed this business trip, but would also stay here if I was coming on a personal leisure trip as well.

Room was tiny. No where to sit in lobby. Construction on the street. Good breakfast included.

Stayed by myself for a quick overnight while on business. The room was tiny, but fine for someone who isn't claustrophobic, and doesn't need a lot of room to stretch or move. Not the place if you like to do a little morning calisthenics, but there is a gym (didn't try it). Not much room on the in-room desk to do any work either (though there is a business center, which I also didn't try. Room is not good if you need to iron your clothes. Also, don't plan on sleeping in much. Surrounding construction will have you up no later than 8am. All those demerits noted, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Appreciated that they had both a firm and super soft pillow, and a shower head that allowed a tall person like myself to stand all the way up. instead of crouching down to get under the water flow. Restaurant downstairs had good food and great beer selection, but there were also many other great options within a five minute walk. Rooftop (and my room) had decent views, but most of the surrounding buildings are taller and still obstruct things. All in, I would stay here again if I just needed a place to crash for the night, but would not want a multiple night stay in such a small room.

Overall the staff was friendly and I liked that there was a restaurant attached. But the rooms were very small, no room for my luggage. Also not the cleanest, sheets where not changed for me when house keeping came each day. Tv wasn't working whole time. Just didn't feel comfortable or cozy with the room. Suggest the Sheraton across street, people told me it was fantastic.

Friendly desk staff- clean room/bath- great value for the money.

Great location staff was very friendly and helpful

There's a construction when we stayed so it's a little too loud in the early morning. The room is a smaller than the pics but I like it bc it's close to subway and shopping area

Very clean friendly accommodating staff comfortable beds rooms are a little on the small side but works for me I was single queen size bed I don't spend a lot of time in hotel rooms I'd rather be out exploring the city but definitely accommodating after coming back to rest up for the next adventure frigerator didn't work first day they replaced immediately the next would recommend again

Great location to subway lines into Brooklyn and Manhattan. Yes, small room, but very well planned out. Very clean throughout, and they gave me complimentary waters! The adjacent restaurant, Brewhouse, was great for dinner and breakfast. Front Desk staff was friendly every time I came by and called to check in with me, too. There is a safe in the room, and you have to scan your door card to activate the elevator, too. I'll be back.

This Hotel was Great. The Rooms although small are very Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy. The Staff is Very Friendly. The restaurant/tavern is nice too. (Hint upgrade to the Breakfast Package)

Room, small, modern, clean. Rooftop seating area a plus. Skip breakfast at hotel restaurant-very slow service, don't have decaf coffee, too expensive for what you get. Outside hotel, felt safe walking although there is a lot of construction. Restaurants and shopping very close by. Save on valet parking. Garage is next street over. Although in the city, we had a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. Would definitely return.

I love staying in Brooklyn. Hotel Indigo is very close to the subway station. I love the restaurants on Montague but didn't eat there this time. The Promenade has a fantastic view of Lower Manhattan.

Great, central location in downtown Brooklyn. Room was quiet and comfortable, though quite small. If you're travelling with a lot of stuff you may want to look elsewhere.

A great find and a great price! Have stayed at Indigos in other cities and were surprised to find one at the last minute where we needed to stay.

Only cons with me was the rooms are pretty small. However, this is New York and this is pretty normal. The bed was comfortable and the Air Conditioning was ice cold! I live in Europe where air conditioning is extremely rare. It's within walking distance of Fulton Street mall about a 5 minute walk from hundreds of stores and shops in downtown Brooklyn. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating. TIP: User Uber instead of normal can services or stick to the subway to save money.

Great hotel. Clean rooms and very comfy. No complaints. I will stay there again. Staff was very professional and went out of their way to assist us.

It was a very nice experience. The rooms are small but location, location, location! The area was very nice. Our heater didn't work but the staff solved this problem real quickly. I would recommend - good stay for good money .

Great location, not to far from the arena, subway, Manhattan. Downtown Brooklyn is changing and becoming more similar to Manhattan.

My daughter lives in Brooklyn and I drove up to celebrate my birthday with her. I am fairly familiar with the area. So, I googled Brooklyn hotels. There were quite a few. However, Hotel Indigo met all of my requirements, i.e., location, amenities, cost, shopping and dining. What really set it apart was the decor. The walls and the ceilings were amazing. I will return. I highly recommend it!

I rented the room out for my friend and I to get dressed for a big party I was having in the area. The room was sooooooooo tiny there was barely enough room to walk around the king size bed we had. They put the safe in the closet which would have been fine because most hotels do that but the closet was only 1.5-2 ft wide and 4ft high because it sat on top of a mini fridge. There was barely enough space for one person to get dressed let alone two ppl. The room was pretty clean it's not like a took out a black light or anything. The bathroom was pretty nice small as well but the decor was nice. I doubt I will ever be staying there again. I just need more space for my buck.
