The room heater and hair dryer were not functioning during my stay, and the issue was reported but never resolved. Sleeping in extreme cold (12°F) was very uncomfortable. This stay did not meet the basic amenity standards expected.

Room was on a floor where we had to go through what seems like a maze of cement, bare corridors with very low ceilings and stepping through multiple doors and down and and up stairs. Seriously felt like a cell block and kind of scary. The rooms itself was much smaller than what appeared in the photos; I know photos are taken in a way to show things off as best as possoble but again it just felt like a an upscale cell with beds. There didn't see to be any circulation in the room and I was honestly worried abut air quality. The towels in the bathroom were thin and worn (looked to be clean) and there were was only enough for two people (barely) and not three as clear on our reservation. It also appears that each floor or set of floors were under contract to different "hotel" services and the "front" desk was basically a guy handing out keys based in prenames enevelopes.and very grudging with other questions. We ended up leaving and booking in another hotel. Admit got pulled.im by the price but I've spent same or less at other places which were far nicer.

While the staff was good, check-in was easy, room was clean, my only problem is the constant slamming of doors by other guests and loud talking in the halls all night and all morning and it’s no way to avoid hearing it if you are a light sleeper. Checkout was easy also. But the hotel served it’s purpose

The room was as expected in New York…pretty much just a bed and a bathroom. The room itself was clean and the beds were made, but when we pulled back the sheets there were a decent amount of noticeable long hair in/on the sheets.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 double beds for 5 of us. The rooms were clean and good facilities with microwave, hob cooker and fridge freezer. Would have been nice to have a kettle, however we improvised and used a saucepan to boil water for tea and coffee. The noise from the water pipes happened on our 1st night around 4am but thankfully we did not hear it again during our 5 nights stay. Great location, would recommend.

The location is great, the room is very functional. It's not the cleanest (stains on the comforters and curtains) and the kitchen has barely the necessities, but it's quite good for the price.

One bed was up against the wall and the other bed was right up against it on the other side. To get in that bed you had to crawl up from the bottom!!! Also there were no washclothes. Who can take a bath without one???
