The staff was friendly and professional and the room was okay.

Small room but very clean. The beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the airport and it provides free shuttle service every 30 minutes around the clock. It is an ideal place to stay for a short layover between flights. The front desk manager and the shuttle driver are very friendly and their services are excellent. Will stay here next time.

Pretty close to JFK. There is a shuttle to an from the airport. So it's a convenient place to rest if one gets stuck overnight.

It's okay for what it is. Room was quiet and bed was good, bathroom clean. Way overpriced, bad restaurant. I got in late and went to the bar and there was no red wine. The TV was blaring a kind of idiotic soft-porny kind of thing. it was very loud and uncomfortable in there. I had to leave fast.

We were greeted by the hotel concierge who was very professional. She was very helpful, answering my questions with no problem. We experienced the same courtesy with the change in shift concierge as well. Would stay here again. No complaints.

Convenient to JFK. Our Keurig didn't work, but we told the desk and hopefully that'll be fixed for next guests. The shuttle van to the airport was great. Down in the lobby as scheduled. Not so much on our return from airport to hotel. Had to wait 1/2 hour, but we weren't in a rush so that was fine. Bed/pillow was comfortable. Bathroom a bit small, but adequate.
