Absolutely nothing good about this facility, the entire building need to renovated and service is incredible poor especially the food service.

Restaurant was fantastic. Property could use an update, it’s clear it’s a very frequented hotel. However, the staff does a great job of keeping everything very clean.

Rooms are a little date , stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was not working

Rita at the front desk was attentive to our needs and smiled the whole time. Brkfst/lunch was delish at the attached restaurant! Lady in charge of restaurant was very sweet. Not as close to airport as I thought but they offer free shuttle svc. The hotel & room was better than expected!! We book again

The first impression was nice the lobby was nice & clean the front desk staff was friendly I like that the hotel has key entry for elevators & stairs I felt safe the room it self was a good size for 2-3 people not much walking space in room also I didn't like that there's no counter space in bathroom and $22 for parking is pricey for one night

Upon our arrival to airport. We had no way to call shuttle to take us to hotel.( no courtesy phones available) Finally we use airport staff phone to call hotel shuttle. waited 20 minutes for shuttle. Driver not very friendly. Did not offer us help with luggage.The receptionist was hurried and unfriendly. The restaurant food was expensive and small portions. there were no other restaurants near by. We order from hotel restaurant and picked up ourselves.Pizza was cold and salad was a Caesar salad lots of lettuce and croutons no cheese. The best experience was the housekeeping staff.very attentive and polite and welcoming. Will not recommend to friends I know.Unless they know subway system. Hotel was clean but surrounding area dirty and dangerous.

My stay ant the hotel and dinner in the restaurant was an excellent experience. However I lost $2.00 using the computer. It would not print copies of my itinerary, otherwise it was an awesome stay.

I loved my stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave me a nice room with an amazing view of manhattan as well. Close to the subway. Great staff and service. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is very nice and close to LaGuardia airport. Shuttle was easy. Subway was close too. However, neighborhood was a little sketchy.

excellent service and short walk to see the METS . The co-located Pine Restaurant is unquestionably one of the friendliest in the world. Angeline and Rick made a almost rainy night at the ballpark much warmer. .

Shuttle service from LGA was prompt and the hotel staff extremely courteous and helpful in solving a shipping issue that needed immediate attention.

staff was wonderful and very friendly. arrived earlier than the normal check in time but were given a room with no hassle. room was nice and clean. within walking distance to Citifield for any baseball fans out there...housecleaning was wonderful...gave us extra towels/shampoo..what ever we asked for...only downside was I wish the rooms came with a frig...I like cold soda, but don't like ice in my glass... soda machine on our floor was mostly empty and soda prices vary from floor to floor. would def stay here again if I ever get back to New York...was there for New Years Eve...just a quick trip to Times Square...

Staff said WIFI problem was being fixed Wednesday night, shouldn't take long Heard Staff tell a visitor they were previously not aware and problem would be fixed momentarily, almost 24 hours later, they were obviously aware and being untruthful Rooms were just OK, with musty air conditioning and very course linens
