Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport

Very great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

Excellent location, super friendly staff and very comfortable rooms

The hotel location near the freeway was much noisier than expected. The biggest concern I had was the extra daily valet fee that was required since they had limited parking. This should be explained as part of the cost of the stay as this was quite a shock to see that this was required of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay! Clean linen. Helpful staff...

Location was ok, you may take the hotel shuttle to the subway, and from there you'll take 20-30 min to Manhattan. But the shuttle wasn't always on time. We waited for two hours on a raining night.

In addition to that, the room we got was next to the gym so we had that as well. Did not get a good nights rest.

It is convenience to take the shuttle to the airport but it is bad to go to the subway, you have to walk about half an hour to get there and another half an hour to come back unless you have full of energy. The shuttle to the subway is not ganranted as they show on the schedule. We called them and waitted half an hour and they did not show up. The breakfast is alright and convenient. If you only need transfer from airport, it is alright.

Very nice place helpful staff..we just did not know the shuttle would pick us up from the subway that would've been nice to know overall great place

good clean hotel in NY, responsive staff and easy access to airport.

Great value, good service! Clean hotel, very close to LaGuardia Airport.

A prime location for LGA airport, with good breakfast, regular shuttle service and very friendly staff

MY SISTER AND I WENT THERE FOR MY EARLY BIRTHDAY TRIP, THE ROOM WAS NICE AND FAIRLY CLEAN, THERE WAS WHAT LOOKED LIKE SPIT ON THE WALLS, BUT THE REAL DOWNFALL WAS OUR ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE LINEN ROOM AND THE WORKERS WERE GOING IN AND OUT ALL NIGHT BUMPING THE METAL ADJACENT CONJOINING ROOM DOOR REAL LOUD ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, THEY NEVER COMP ANYTHING NOR DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR KEEPING US UP THE TWO NIGHTS. OUTSIDE OF THAT, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

I was pleasantly surprise by the Holiday Inn Express located by the Horace Harding Expressway. The hotel is small, not fancy, but it has the basics needed for a comfortable stay. I would return in a heart beat and recommend it to everyone considering this hotel. The breakfast selection was great! Eggs, bagels, cereals, sausages, biscuits, pastries, orange juice, fruits, coffee, milk, and juices. Really, all you can eat and included in your stay. Free wifi. Do I need to say more? Location is great, especially if you rent a car. The parking is free and easy acess to airport and highways. They have free transportation to and from hotel to the airport and shuttles to the subway station. I highly recommend this place, great staff and very honest. Traveling with kids who leave ipods and other personal things out in the open, but cleaning staff never touched a thing. Subway stations is sketchy at times, but it's New York....you'll find weird people every where. Whe I go back to New York, I know where I'm staying...hope you do the same.

Staff was friendly - provided brochures for me to order from local restaurants and also allowed me to check in early. Lobby was small but room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is reasonably close to airport but congested and no easy access to restaurants.

Didnt give it 5 stars because my key didnt work during my stay even tho i changed it a few times. Really clean & was surprised on how updated it was.

Stayed overnight. Made a day trip to NJ and back to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Though the hotel is only average and looks a little worn from the outside, the room was clean and comfortable. Free wifi and shuttle service to the airport was a good amenity.

hotel was in an excellent location-at the intersection of 2 major highways. (I495 & Grand Central Parkway) Full breakfast and ample parking available.

I went with my husband, and my kids, 12 and 8 year old.. it was our first time there and on a budget. I chose this hotel because of the transportation to and from the airport and to the subway station.. just 1 call away and they were there in 15 minutes....i must say it was the best... the hotel and the rooom was always clean...and the people that worked there were super nice and helpfull. and breakfast was included (bonus)...and the area was great also...no complaints at all.. i will be back.

Had a great stay at the hotel with a great breakfast.

Normally, there's nothing like taking in the sight and sounds of NYC but this location is right next to the highway and if your room is on the south side next to the interstate - bring earplugs!! While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable - sleeping is done at 6AM as soon as the sound of the road finds it's way into the room. Arriving on Friday night and driving to dinner - coming back there was no parking and even around the hotel - no parking. I ended up walking 7 blocks after driving around for 30-40 minutes to find anything. Sunday was the same story - except this time I was able to find a spot 2 blocks from the hotel. But, I was looking for a place in Queens and this was the best I could find through a travel site that wasn't right at the airport and it was clean and the staff was friendly. It just is not in a good location.
