Unbelievable for what we paid $237 for the room at basement? Luckily it just one night and clean although it was tiny small. I should book Hampton Inn which is much better when We were there in 2015 and cheaper, too. When booking through Orbitz should clearly tell the hotel staff what room type and condition, the customer should get.

Great staff members from shuttle driver, receptionist, breakfast attendant, to room attendant great team effort. I flew from Europe and was exhausted and even though it was not a check in time they accommodated me immediately! The breakfast was delicious bed sooo comfortable.this is my favorite hotel when on layover. Everyone is so nice. This was my second layover and each time it gets better.

The hotel was a great choice for an early flight from JFK. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very accessible to the airport. Comfortable bed. Very early 5 AM breakfast (which is good since I had a 7AM flight schedule)

It was sufficient for our last days in New York before return to our country

The hotel offered free shuttle to JFK Airport every hour. The shuttle from the airport had several nearby hotels written on it. The driver stopped. I approached the door, but he did not open the door. He waited for a few minutes then drove away. After about 35 minutes called the hotel. A few minutes later, I saw the same shuttle driver. I asked him why he had not open the door earlier. He stated that he was on the phone, and that I should have knocked on the door. Disappointing service to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Ok rooms and friendly staff plus free continental breakfast. Definitely worth the price.

Great hotel the hotel staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful

The hot water went out in our shower and there was 2 bugs in our room that we had to kill. We told the staff about it but they didn't care.

Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, but would like to see a little more fruit/hard boiled eggs/healthy options. Lobby is strange. You need to take an elevator down 1 floor, ( it only goes from the lobby to the breakfast room. 1 floor), walk across the breakfast room to get to the other elevator that goes to the floors with the rooms. Beds were very comfortable, but disappointed in the bathroom. No toilet seat lid. Toilet is open all the time. The sink was tilted/slanted downward, so anytime you set anything on it, it fell to the floor. No where to put you things, except for the floor. Bathtub/shower was good. Nice pressure and plenty of hot water.

I stayed for three nights. Concierge was very helpful and welcoming. They even provided instructions on how to get to and from Manhattan easily.

Hotel was convenient, pleasant, experienced excellent customer service, room clean and quiet, shuttle transport to airport was timely and breakfast was fair.

Great for an overnight stay between flights. Morning breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable and clean.

Shuttle returned to terminal for flight out! Nice!

Thepeople at the hotel desk were kind ,helpful and had a smile to share! It is close to the airport

Really nice hotel and staff. Complimentery Breakfast was great, shuttle was on time and even got a late check out negotiated...would stay here anytime in New York again.

Last minute birthday surprise for my wife. Flew into JFK late and took shuttle to hotel. Very clean friendly staff and great breakfast before going into the city the next day for a show.

The Hotel has a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off to the airport which is very convenient for the travellers..and the staffs are very friendly and accomodating and last but not least they have a buffet breakfast and the foods are delicious..I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in JFK if you're planning a trip to New York

I had an overnight layover at JFK. The hotel offered good value for money - close and convenient to the airport. Staff were very courteous and welcoming. Room was clean and suited my needs. I left too early to have breakfast, but my overall experience was a satisfied one. Manny at the Front Desk was very welcoming and courteous. The morning shuttle was very convenient.

Friendly staff and the location is so convenient, near to the Airport, to the Metro station!!
