Property was not clean - the staff at the front desk allowed several other guests to check in early, however told me and my guest that we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Our key fob continued to constantly become deactivated. Hotel Restaurant was also closed.

The neighborhood was nice but it was far from the Uptown activities we planned. The subway line got us there quickly though. The room was great and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is that it took so long for hot water to get to the shower, I thought they had run out. It did eventually get warm

Very responsive front desk. Spacious, well appointed rooms, fantastic central NY location.

The bed was uncomfortable and it was so nosy! Was were room right in front of the mechanic room and it was so loud. All night there was noise … also the curtain wouldn’t even close ! It was so bright the entire night …. Most hotel would have blackout curtains but this place had curtains that was wide open and didn’t close shut. Outdoors was super loud with cars going. I would not recommend if you want a good night sleep.

I really enjoyed this stay and appreciated the eco-friendliness policy

the foor on my floor was flooded, so I had to walk though wet carpet to get to my room.. room was decent, but about $100 too much per night for the quality. Staff was fantastic and restaurant attached is awesome... great place, just need some routine maintenance.

Very friendly staff - were able to accommodate me for an early check in, which I greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The hallways could use some new carpet but room is very comfortable! Thanks!

The location was excellent we thought in between tribeca, soho and close to Chinatown. The room was relatively large but needed some updating. Bathroom decent but shower curtain liner smelled moldy.

I had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

Good location. Staff was very accommodating.

Who ever stayed in the room before us their shoes were under the bed. The toilet took a few times to flush

Great location, secure, and free parking in surrounding streets starting at 6 p.m. on Friday nights (for the weekend).

Property was neat and clean. Great location as well. I would def recommend/stay there again.

The staff was friendly and the space was very clean.
