Nice conveniently located hotel in great neighborhood
Great hotel, I would definitely stay here again. Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms were fine, location is great. Needs some updates in lobby and restaurant. Furniture was worn and some chairs in restaurant were usable but broken. Right by the subway. Good restaurants nearby. Walkable to Wall Street, the Battery, and 911 memorial.
the most uncomfortable mattress ever. couldnt get a good nights sleep. woke up with back pain. good location. front desk staff was friendly.
The hotel's location is great to catch the subway. The entrance is right outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. The restaurant has a good selection of food. There is a convience store across the street. So we were able to get beverages and fresh fruit at the store. There is a Dunkin Donuts down the street. And Chinatown and Little Italy is in walking distance. You can't go wrong with the hotel.
I would stay here again. The staff was superb, the location was great. Rooms a little small, but hey, it's NYC.
Great spot, fun neighborhood. Subway stop just outside the front door. Would stay here again
This was a last minute booking it worked out great. Great room, great service . Friendliest staff. Overall great stay
Overall the hotel was in a great location and clean. Out heater was broken and it took them several tries to fix it which was disappointing. The restaurant bar was nice but closed by 11am. Close to SoHo and near subway.
Overall a wonderful expirience, great and helpful staff, a great resturant in the building (AoA) and easy access to the Blue and Yellow lines.
Wow - A Spacious Room in NYC that didn't cost an arm and a leg! Conveniently located, cordial staff, comfortable and clean with space to spread out - what more could a girl want? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn inTribeca and would not hesitate for a minute to book the same location again. It's become my "hotel of choice" in NYC.
it is suitable and worthwhile. The location is good. And there are many places near this hotel. I will choose it again when I go to NY
Despite being in a high-traffic location, this hotel was very quiet. I slept for 10 hours! The ACE subway is literally 20 steps from the front door (one of those is an express train so you can get uptown very quickly). and Soho and Tribeca are both easy walks. The beds were more comfortable than is typical for a hotel in this price range. No b'fast room service, but delis deliver.
Great location, walking distance to all the fun stuff. Staff was very nice... got there two hours before check-in and was upgraded to a nicer room. Would definitely go back.
average 3 star hotel experience. nice but not amazing room, comfortable bed, employees are helpful and friendly. convenient location.
It was a good place to spend the weekend. Nice sized rooms. Terrible towels
Hotel was clean, room average, air conditioning a bit loud. It was very conveniently located right next to the subway entrance for the 8th Ave A, C and E trains uptown. Was not worth $250 per night, but really in NYC you can't get anything for less than that.
The room was relatively small but spacious and comfortable by NYC standards, especially given the price. The nice white bedding was actually very white, and the bathroom was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and the pillows very nice (I'm a stickler for good pillows!). Heating unit was a bit slow to kick in, but the guest services staff pleasantly explained why it might take time to warm up and invited me to call back if it didn't. It did. The bar/restaurant on the first place is very nice and also offers a good value. The front desk staff was pleasant, and the valet parking attendant was too. Valet parking service was excellent; when checking in, we were given the option of parking elsewhere (a nearby garage that was a little cheaper or on the street) if we did not want to spend the $65 for hotel valet. We opted for valet parking and are glad we did. Best thing about the hotel is its location. Walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho shops, great brunch spots. We will be back.
The Hilton was a perfect location. Two blocks from the DC bus stop, walking distance from Soho shops and restaurants, and two blocks from the train. The hotel is fairly new and updated. Room and bathroom were tiny, but well kept, and the bed was super comfortable. The best was the price-- a total steal at $115 a night total!
