The bellman told me the hotel Blakely has been sold to become a homeless shelter!

We stayed in a JR suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bedspread is a bit outdated/worn. I think the rest of the room is so nice that it’s a shame, otherwise 5 stars. Design wise the shower curtain also is a weird choice but these are small aesthetic nitpicks. The room was very nice and I would recommend the property to others. Very quiet as well. I would stay here again.

The room and service was great. The halls and elevators could use an upgrade.

Great breakfast, and I loved the decor. Our room had a marble bathroom! Cool vintage!

Great hotel, centrally located. Classy joint. Clean and great customer service.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Room to lay out items in bathroom.

Everything was fine except for one of the hotel elevator was out the entire time. There didn't seem to be in air conditioning in the hall ways.

Excellent staff - room was spacious and had nice amenities. Lighting in the bathroom was sort of dull and dim, and sheets are just a tad rough, but other than that the room was amazing. Would absolutely recommend to others to stay here!

we were repeat customers, having stayed there last year. We'll stay there again

The Blakey Hotel has spacious rooms and was close to all the action. We walked everywhere and only had to take a taxi once but only because it was raining. The continentaI breakfast was just ok with cereal and breads hardly any fruit except juice, good coffee and tea bar. Very nice and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Decent hotel....good location, close to subway, Time Square and Central park. Many surrounding restaurants. Bed in hotel extremely uncomfortable, however received good service.

We were very impressed with the excellent condition of the hotel and the rooms. Everything was reminiscent of an older world of hotel ambience. The staff could not have been more attentive to us. We look forward to a return visit.

Easy accessibility to broadway and good restaurants.
