I enjoyed my stay on Christmas Eve. It was well situated.

I put my dad and his wife up here. It was OK, not great, for the price. The hotel is somewhat basic in its operations. There's a minibar with drinks that are not refrigerated, no ice machine, but the staff at the front desk is attentive. Because I live nearby it was convenient, but I felt it was not a fully functioning hotel. Rooms are a bit bigger than other hotels in the area, but the set up felt provisional.

My friend was visiting from out of town and we had a girls night out in NYC and chose this hotel for our overnight stay. The room was beautiful, we actually had two rooms bedroom and sitting room. The location was excellent and was perfect for our one night stay. We visited several fun restaurants and clubs in the area. Very clean, good linens and comfy bed. The beds were a bit low to the ground which could be a consideration for older guests. We enjoyed trying and reviewing the snacks set out in the room. It was a fun novelty!

Loved the apartment style rooms. Larger than my first studio in NYC! Great location

We had a very good stay. The room is enormous, especially by NYC standards. It’s very basic - unfinished perhaps? - in terms of style, but the bed is big and comfortable and our room facing the back courtyard was very quiet in terms of city noise. Unfortunately, the sound of the hotel room doors closing is very LOUD. And of course people are coming and going at all hours - even with our white noise app, we could still hear the bang and clang of everyone’s door shutting all night. There must be a way to dampen that noise, right? Anyway, other than that we had a great stay - staff is great and the neighborhood is quiet but has lots of places to eat and is a convenient place from which to explore downtown.

The property was clean, new and in a great location. The main issue was that it was not fully furnished. On day 3 of may stay, the lone tiny picture on the wall was moved and a TV was put in its place. There was a desk with no chair. etc. It seemed like they were still in the process of actually outfitting the property. My bathroom sink did not drain and even though I brought it to the staff's attention three times, the issue was still not fixed as of the end of my trip. The property has potential, but was not represented to reflect that it was a property in limbo.

No TV - no room service before 5PM. Terrible location and zero amenities

Fresh and cozy room, like a small studio. Friendly staff! A little noisy (street and acoustics from hallway) but quiet at night, slept super well. Great coffee in the room!!! (Nespresso). Great bath products (Korres) 💝 This is a lovely place to stay!!!
