這次訂了一間雅緻客和一間豪華客房，乍看之下都一樣，仔細看看有一些微小的東西是不一樣的，例如冰箱有免費的可樂及FIN運動飲料，洗髮精、沐浴乳也不一樣，沙發也不一樣（進去很容易分別），咖啡是濾掛的等，這次訂的房間是後面的景，沒有前面車水馬龍所以更安靜了，早餐也很豐富，比今年4月10日的早餐更合家人的胃口，插座略顯不足及沒有免治馬桶。

剛入住時房間即有煙味，經反應後幫忙添加空氣清靜機。約晚上十點多後又傳來煙味，反應後等了許久才給回覆說因隔壁抽菸要幫忙換房間，等待期間就ㄧ直在房間聞煙味⋯處理流程可能有些問題，是否應該立即來房間確認是否有煙味進而處理，而不是先去確認煙味到底哪裡來，或應同步執行
