The staff was awesome from the very beginning. They made me feel welcomed and took our bags even though we were checking in too early. They were professional and super sweet. The room was immaculate, super clean and with a great view. Better and cleaner hotel overall, our friends were staying at another hotel that cost more and got way less. The breakfast was decent, although I would have preferred the waffle machine instead of the puny pancakes. The rest of the food was great. With free breakfast, I was able to pack a snack for later (pb&banana sandwich as a mid day snack). The only con I have is that the lobby was super hot, seems like he heater was set to 110! All in all it was a great hotel.

The room seemed clean upon first inspection. When we tried putting leftovers in the fridge it was completely full with leftover food. It took over 30 minutes for someone to come up and clean it out. Our TV was also broken. No one came to see about it. We left multiple requests. They also never offered to switch our room. On the bright side everyone was pleasant…we just didn’t get any assistance as needed.
