From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, always attentive and with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The location is ideal for walking, exploring, and experiencing the city to the fullest. Without a doubt, it's a place I would happily return to.

I had A bad encounter with 1 receptionist that i reported to the manager who apologize for the experience and provided small refund that was greatly appreciated. Ive stayed here 2 other times and this was the 1st bad experience. Other then that and someone walking inti the room a few mins after 11 was very unsettling. Breakfast was good and great living space

Seems to be a spacious, clean, and updated hotel. Had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff during check in that really ruined it for us - he was condescending, unprofessional, inefficient. Not an experience I'd recommend or repeat.
