Room was relatively clean, some surface area cleaning in bathroom shower was needed. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking is obtained primarily in a next-door garage so be prepared to pay by the hour/day. It is less expensive than the valet service. I would recommend paying for the 24-hour option (via a ground floor type-in kiosk) as it is the most economical, then you can come and go as you please. It started over the weekend at $30/day, then went to $20/day during the week.

Hotel was overbooked so when we arrived they did not have a room for us after I had paid in full three months prior. They did find one room that was suitable for only two people when there were three of us. I had to sleep on the floor

None of the TV’s worked and “technician” didn’t speak English and couldn’t fix any of the TV’s. But, Sonesta made up for it with their friendly front desk staff and delicious breakfast.

On the website i was unaware of the $250 dollar deposit,on the phone i was told $100. The staff is nice but a little unprofessional in a way. The hotel itself was nice. There is a parking garage next to hotel. $20 for 24hrs
