Room was relatively clean, some surface area cleaning in bathroom shower was needed. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking is obtained primarily in a next-door garage so be prepared to pay by the hour/day. It is less expensive than the valet service. I would recommend paying for the 24-hour option (via a ground floor type-in kiosk) as it is the most economical, then you can come and go as you please. It started over the weekend at $30/day, then went to $20/day during the week.

When we arrived there wasn’t any water. Our room wasn’t ready. We got to our room and the carpet was soaked. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and the shower door would not close. I let the front desk know and she did not seem to care. I just wanted to make sure my deposit didn’t get withheld. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable though.

First, there was a water outage scheduled for 9 am in the morning. It didnt start until 10 am or so and lasted a few hours. That was not as bad as the drains in the sink and tub did not drain property. It took an hour for water to drain out of tub and sink. Also, the hotel never provided enough towels. There was also an awful smell in the lobby and elevators one afternoon. I can only assume it had something to do with the water and plumbing issues.
