They stored our bag do we could sightsee awhile after checkout and quickly corrected our bill. But Towels were worn, had holes. Room had no windows. Good for sleeping but a little strange

Rubensteins’ sits right off of canal St (the strip) and is just a block away from bourbon st. This made everything and getting Ubers super accessible. Wit it being on opposite side of the strip, you don’t have to worry about noise or late night shenanigans. Super super pleased with my stay and will actually be staying there again.

The hotel and specifically the room were lovely. The room was very spacious. The staff that we interacted with (just one person) was polite and professional. One caveat though: if you're staying on a Saturday night like we did, be aware that if your room faces Canal Street you have to expect the street noise to be formidable. The party goes lively until after midnight.

I have never stayed at a Boutique Hotel before , but after this stay i can honestly say i will choose this hotel over any hotel we used previously. Not only the location but its the staff that made it great. Really impressed and highly recommend
