Originally built in the early 1800s in a back building that served as a kitchen to two front houses, this exposed brick unit has been fully renovated into a 700 sf luxury condo that preserves all the historic charm.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
