Kitchen was fully equipped, not that you want to cook with all the amazing food nearby. Smooth check in and check out. Close walk to anywhere in French Quarter. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location with the Ruby Slipper for breakfast effectively downstairs. Waking distance to the French Quarter, Jackson Square, and steps from Canal Street.Also the host and property managers were extremely responsive.

Bigger coffee pot might be nice but other than that, apartment was very nice. Close to almost everything, walking was a breeze, but if you want to go a bit further, Pedicabs are just down the block. We would definitely stay again.

It was clean and the rooms are nice!! The place is small but has everything you need and it’s only a few blocks away from Bourbon Street. I didn’t realize that the nearest parking was about a block away and I couldn’t get ahold of the owner for hours to try to help with that. I also didn’t realize how EXPENSIVE it is to park. It says the place comes with parking but it doesn’t like I thought. There is just a public parking area near it and wow do you pay for it. Otherwise the place was quiet and it was an easy walk to get to all kinds of attractions.

Loved this space! Brick and beam. Old building with updated features. Loved the aesthetic. And super clean! Also, the water pressure was perfect.Amazing location. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy walk to the trolly, the aquarium, great restaurants.We would absolutely choose to stay here again next time we're in NOLA.

New Orleans Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to the French Quarter and WW11 Museum. Parking nearby was also a major plus. Everything was clean and just right for our family of 4!

Very clean and updated property. Great communication from management. Zero complaints! Access to canal Street just a block or two away. Street car stop just minutes away. Ten minute walk to the aquarium. Fantastic stay we will definitely be back!

Great Location and Spacious

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Genesis communicated with us about everything and responded to all communication quickly. My wife and I were travelling with our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter and the penthouse space was exactly what we were looking for so that everyone had room and not just cramped like we would be in a hotel. The location was amazing for us - right between Poydras and Canal - and easy access to trolley and bus lines if you wanted to venture out without walking. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends going to New Orleans.
