The facilities are nice enough and the architecture is cool but it is loud. Like, bladder-shaking train whistles blasting through your room 5 times in the middle of the night loud. And bone-shaking steamboat whistles during the day. They actually provide earplugs it’s so loud. Maybe it’s my fault for trying to sleep rather than partying all night.

The room was great. It was really interesting to stay in an old sugar factory. It was really cold and when we were there and the heat hard a time keeping up with 74. Other than the lack of heat everything was awesome. We were told they could have brought in a portable heater if we staying another day. This hotel was great.

I don’t know where to start. I’ll start off with the good. The staff were exceptionally nice and very friendly. That’s all the good i can say. The hotel aesthetically looks great - until you actually go to your room. Me and my partner were here for 5 days and not 1 day did we receive housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper. There was absolutely no heat in the room (surprisingly NOLA was cold) and the front desk provided a space heater (this told me this happens often.) to make matters worse, i ordered food via GrubHub and my driver told me she left my food delivery directly outside of the building on the sidewalk, right in front of the hotel entrance door. When i went downstairs to get it, no food was there. I contacted the driver and she said as she drove away “i saw someone take your food and assumed it was you. Sorry for that. Try contacting GrubHub for a refund”. When I communicated this to the front desk, he stated “idk man, this never happens and walked away”. Lol no offer to view the CCTV or anything. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone if i ever came back to NOLA. Definitely better options out there.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I love the architecture and decor in the hotel. The location is amazing! There did seem to be some service issues - maybe they were short-staffed. There was a housekeeping cart in the hallway most of the first day we were there. Seemed like it was for self-service....in case we needed something. Nobody came to our room to clean it or change out the towels - that is pretty standard in a hotel unless you put out the "do not disturb" sign which we did not. It was ok for us though since we are pretty neat. All in all, we loved our stay.

BRAVO!! The Hotel was nicely appointed, and the finishes top notch. Heated pool turned out to be a real bonus for our group. Overall vibe was excellent, and we will be recommending this spot to our friends and colleagues. The breakfast food was sufficient to take the edge off hunger, fresh, good coffee, what was needed for people who will be eating all day. The Balcony was ery pleasant at night my room was very nice. Th shower gel comtainer was completely empty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room and build were very clean. Only issue were other guests. The person above us walked heavily and someone’s tv was extremely loud. It didn’t last long so we didn’t contact the front desk. Loved the overall stay, great hotel and location. Will recommend.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and great for our first NO experience. Close to most things you’d like to see, do, eat, explore. My only complaint is the breakfast as it could have had more variety for GF/DF folks… but after such rich Cajun/Creole lunches and dinners, we truly weren’t that hungry in the mornings anyway. Thank you!
