Seems housekeeping "forgot" to vacuum carpet and clean behind bathroom door. (see photos) Positive: comfortable mattress; convenient to interstate.
My husband and I stayed here for my 30th class reunion. The reunion was at the hotel, so the location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel room was comfortable, and the whole experience was perfect.
Room was on 2nd floor look like room wasn't use in some day curtain nasty dusty couldn't hang clothes on rack dusty maid knock one time and enter room so fast didn't give us time to answer I've been there several times before nice room on first floor but this time very nice didn't enjoy at all
It was nice clean and right off the freeway about 15 mins from new orleans and I'm from baton rouge so this was great the buffet was great also
Didn't know what to expect in Laplace for Mardi Gras, but I was pleasently surprised by the quality and hospitality of the room. I'd stay definitely stay again.
DID NOT LIKE ORBITZ DEAL. I PAID 120 PER NIGHT AND THE HOTEL WAS 99.99 FOR WALK-INS.

I am so sorry that you encountered such issues. I have taken strong measures with my housekeeping staff to ensure that cleanliness issues do not arise again. I am glad that you had a good stay with the exception of the coffee pot. We no longer put coffee makers in the Motel 6 rooms, but we do now have them available at the front desk. We hope to see you again soon.
